EGO-X 76 mm exhaust system for Audi RS4 / RS5 B9 OPF – valved exhaust system with electric valve control

The newly developed EGO-X exhaust system for Audi RS4 and RS5 B9 models with OPF sets new standards in flow, sound and performance. Compared with the previous generation, the system has been comprehensively revised and consistently designed for maximum flow and modern valve technology.

A key feature is the fully continuous 76 mm (3-inch) pipework, beginning at the standard downpipes and replacing the OEM pre-silencers. Compared with the standard system, this significantly reduces exhaust back pressure, improves throttle response and creates ideal conditions for high-performance applications.

76 mm Full-Flow concept for maximum performance

The continuous 3-inch construction provides particularly high exhaust gas flow and noticeably reduces the load on the turbochargers – ideal for both standard vehicles and performance-tuned applications.

The exhaust tip connections are equally uncompromising: each connection has a 76 mm diameter, ensuring that the high flow is maintained all the way to the rear of the vehicle. No restrictions, no unnecessary bottlenecks – genuine Full-Flow design with the valve open.

New electric valve control

Another key feature of the new design is the use of electric exhaust valves. This modern solution enables precise valve control and combines a sporty exhaust note with everyday usability. Together with the characteristic EGO-X sound, it produces a powerful, deep tone with a motorsport-inspired presence.

Like all EGO-X systems, this system is TIG-welded by hand and made from high-quality stainless steel with carefully manufactured absorption silencers, providing maximum durability and optimum gas flow.

Road use: The version with the Bull-X Tronic control unit with ECE approval is intended for use on public roads. Other control options or combinations without ECE approval are intended exclusively for motorsport use. The combination with an EG catalytic converter is also specified for road use.
