This adapter (bulb holder) secures an H7 xenon HID bulb firmly and accurately in the headlight. According to the manufacturer it is intended for selected models: VW Passat, Opel Vectra C, Opel Astra, Saab 93, Audi and BMW X5. According to the manufacturer it reduces the risk of the bulb working loose or sitting incorrectly in the headlight.
