Replacement actuator for the Garrett GTX2867R turbocharger, actuator part number 480009.
The actuator is designed for precise adjustment and control of boost pressure. It is fitted with a pre-set spring suitable for the factory boost pressure or slightly higher values. For vehicles running higher boost pressure, the actuator can be assembled with a stronger spring on request.

The diaphragm-sealed interior is the standard configuration for this actuator. A piston-sealed interior is also available, providing comparable performance and less maintenance thanks to its durable piston design.
The actuator is supplied as standard with a green-marked 10 psi spring. To use the FMPACTUN spring kit, the Type 2, 049 diaphragm version must be selected.
All actuator rods are made from 303-grade stainless steel.
The spring pressure stated for the individual colour markings refers only to the mechanical part of operation and is mainly relevant to older turbocharged engines without ECU or solenoid control.
On modern engines with ECU or solenoid control of target boost pressure, the target boost pressure does not have to be directly equated with the mechanical pressure value of the selected spring. Consult a qualified tuner when selecting the appropriate spring for the vehicle model and planned level of modification.
