Forge Motorsport atmospheric dump valve for Ford Fiesta VII/Focus III

We recommend servicing the valve every 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.

The valve is intended for the 1.6 EcoBoost turbocharged petrol engine in the Fiesta ST. It is recommended for vehicles on which the boost pressure has been increased or will be increased through an ECU software upgrade.

The kit replaces the original valve with a pressure- or vacuum-controlled piston valve, while retaining the desired factory ECU control over valve activation. The valve has been designed and tested for faster response and retained ECU control, without generating fault codes or an engine warning light and without undesirable effects on vehicle operation.

All necessary components and detailed instructions are included, making installation as straightforward as possible.

The kit includes:

• 1 × FMDVST180 valve
• 1 × boost pressure connector and FMBGFK4 bolt
• 1 × solenoid, bracket and bolts
• 1 × blue reinforced spring
• 1 × wiring harness
• 2 × Posi-tap connectors
• 10 × cable ties
• 1 × 2,000 mm long vacuum hose with a diameter of 4 mm
• 1 × Forge keyring and sticker
• 1 × installation instructions
