The upgraded Forge Motorsport blow-off valve for the Peugeot 308 GTI is designed as a direct replacement for the original OEM valve, part number 9808798580. It is a fully atmospheric blow-off valve that creates a distinctive “pshh” sound when releasing boost pressure.
The valve uses a piston mechanism without a diaphragm that could fail, while retaining opening control via the original ECU. Stiffer springs are also available for vehicles with increased power, and can be easily changed according to the vehicle’s setup.
