Forge Motorsport blow-off valve for Rover/MG models with T25 turbocharger

We recommend servicing the valve every 3 years or every 20,000 miles – whichever comes first.

The Forge Motorsport blow-off valve is designed for direct installation in the Rover MG ZT, Rover 620, Rover 820 and Rover 220 models with a T25 turbocharger.

This is a piston-type blow-off valve (BOV) that directly replaces the original valve. Compared with original diaphragm valves, it provides a longer service life while also allowing the use of different springs when boost pressure is increased or the engine has been modified.

The kit includes

• 1 × FMDVT25A valve
• 1 × Forge sticker

An adjustment spring kit is also available to adapt the valve’s operation to your engine’s requirements.

The blow-off valve fits the original Saab part number 55558271.

It is suitable for the Saab turbocharger with part number 12755106 and the Garrett turbocharger with part number 720168.
