The Forge Motorsport boost pressure tap for the Audi RS3 (8V) enables the installation of a boost pressure gauge or any other device that requires a boost pressure signal on the 2.5 TFSI engine. It is also suitable for a water/methanol system pressure sensor, for example.
Previously, a boost pressure reference could be obtained beneath the MAP sensor, but this is no longer possible due to changes in the design of the intake manifold.
The new tap can be installed in less than 10 minutes, and its removal is completely reversible. The installation kit and full instructions are included.
Important: The product is not suitable for engines with the DAZA engine code, including TTRS models from model year 2017 onwards and facelifted RS3 models from model year 2017 onwards.
