Due to modern ECU modifications that place even greater demands on high-performance engines, insufficiently cooled air can occur under certain conditions. This affects engine efficiency and can cause a loss of power. Forge therefore developed the PolarCooler as an additional cooling system for BMW B48 and B58 engines.

The product was extensively tested on the road and on a dynamometer, and three different water core designs with different fin spacing were used during development. The result is a radiator for efficient frontal water cooling.

The radiator is designed, developed and manufactured in the United Kingdom. The estimated installation time is approximately 4 hours. The radiator measures 530 × 471 × 68 mm, while the original measures 576 × 495 × 25 mm.
