Forge Motorsport dump valve for Toyota Yaris GR I (XP210)

This dump valve, also known as a blow-off valve, was developed for the Toyota Yaris GR turbo engine with an electronically controlled diverter valve (OE part no. 7.04654.08). It is recommended for vehicles where boost pressure has been increased with an ECU software upgrade, as well as unmodified vehicles operating in a warmer climate, as it eliminates the issue of frequent original valve failures. A failure does not always trigger the engine warning light, as the valve may continue to open under boost pressure. This can lead to a loss of power without you being aware of it because the diaphragm no longer seals correctly.

The Forge Motorsport solution is available in a vent-to-atmosphere version, which produces a distinctive sound when you lift off the throttle, or in a factory-style version without noise, which recirculates the air into the intake system.

The Forge valve is designed as a more reliable solution. It is based on a piston mechanism, so it has no diaphragm that could fail, and it is made from solid aluminium. It replaces the original valve with a piston valve that operates with boost pressure and vacuum while retaining the desired control of valve activation through the original ECU.

• 1 x 2.5 m of 4 mm diameter vacuum hose
• 1 x brass T-piece for 4 mm diameter hose
• 1 x 3-port solenoid with brackets and mounting hardware
• 10 x cable ties
• 1 x stronger red spring
• 1 x wiring harness
• 1 x Forge instructions on a USB stick
• 1 x Forge keyring and sticker
