Forge Motorsport E-DV – SEMA award-winning product for road use
Forge Motorsport E-DV is an electronic diverter valve (also known as a DV) for Audi, Cupra, Seat, Škoda and VW vehicles with 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI engines. It is an innovative solution designed and manufactured in Great Britain, combining modern technology with simple operation.

- Direct fitment: The Forge E-DV is fully prepared for direct connection, without additional remote solenoids or complex vacuum lines. Installation and use are therefore straightforward.
- Quality construction: It is made from certified aircraft-grade aluminium, ensuring durability and reliable operation.
- Improved response: Compared with OEM solutions, it enables faster response and improved valve response. The valve is 100% airtight and designed not to cause issues with the engine warning light (EML).
- Hybrid venting: The special design allows venting to atmosphere without interfering with the operation of the modern OEM engine controller.
- 360° adjustable position: The valve can be rotated through a full 360° during installation, allowing it to be adapted to limited space and nearby components.
