Forge Motorsport E-DV – award-winning solution for road cars
The Forge Motorsport E-DV is an electronic recirculation valve (diverter valve) for Audi, Cupra, Seat, Škoda and Volkswagen vehicles with the 2.0 TSI engine from 2021 onwards. Designed and manufactured in Great Britain, this solution combines modern technology with simple operation.

- Direct fitment: The E-DV is 100% ready for direct connection, so it does not require external solenoids or complex vacuum routing.

- Improved performance: Compared with the original solutions, it provides faster response and improved valve response. The construction is 100% sealed and designed not to cause issues with the engine warning light (EML).
- Hybrid venting: The design allows venting to atmosphere without interfering with the operation of the modern original engine control unit.
- 360° adjustable positioning: The valve can be rotated through 360° during installation, making installation easier in confined spaces and around nearby components.
- Integrated electronic pilot valve: The technology used has been tested in numerous racing applications worldwide.
- Serviceable design: The valve can be easily serviced, enabling long-term use.
- Surge prevention: The design helps prevent compressor surge and enables smoother operation.
