This front-mounted intercooler is designed as an upgrade for the Audi S4 B9 and is also suitable for the Audi A4 B9. The Forge intercooler has a 128% larger frontal area and an equally increased internal volume, making it suitable for tuning the new 3.0-litre twin-entry single-turbo V6 engine producing 328 bhp (hp), fitted to the latest high-performance Audi S4 models.
It is manufactured using Forge Alsus* Bar & Plate racing-specification construction and hand-fabricated sheet-metal end tanks, produced at the manufacturing facility in Gloucester, United Kingdom.
The intercooler core measures 650 × 420 × 50 mm.
