This upgraded intercooler was developed as an improvement for Mini Countryman Cooper S models. After extensive testing of different intercooler cores, we found that the bar-and-plate design is the most effective solution for these models. Together with a significant increase in the overall dimensions, this improved cooling performance and reduced pressure loss through the intercooler compared with the original.
Our own road testing and dynamometer measurements showed that our intercooler is twice as efficient as the original, with intake temperatures halved.
The upgraded intercooler is supplied with all parts required for installation and detailed instructions.
