Forge Motorsport intercooler for the Mini JCW F56 with the BMW B48 engine is a direct replacement for the original intercooler and is designed to improve the performance of the 2.0-litre petrol turbo engine.
Compared with the original intercooler, the core has a larger frontal area and volume, allowing more efficient charge-air flow and lower intake temperatures.

The end tanks are made from cast aluminium. The bar-and-plate core construction was selected based on testing different designs and analysing internal and external airflow.
The product is intended for Mini F56 JCW and GP3 vehicles with the 2.0 Turbo B48 engine, manufactured from 2014 onwards.
