Forge Motorsport quickshifter for VAG 6-speed gearboxes

The replacement adjustable side quickshifter reduces the lateral movement of the gear lever, enabling faster gear changes as required during sporty driving. The lateral movement can be adjusted to suit your preferences using the continuously adjustable rotary mechanism.

The unit is suitable for all VAG 6-speed gearboxes fitted to the vehicles listed in the compatibility table. It does not fit Škoda Fabia, VW Polo and Seat Ibiza with a 1.9-litre diesel engine.

On models up to and including model year 2007, the original mechanism for the lateral movement of the gear lever is made from metal, while on models from model year 2008 onwards it is made from plastic. The forward and backward movement mechanism is made from metal on all models. The kit contains the parts required for installation on both versions.

For the product to function correctly and to prevent strain on connected components, the gear linkage cables must be readjusted after installation in accordance with the fitting instructions.
