We recommend servicing the valve every 3 years or every 20,000 miles – whichever comes first.
This recirculating valve is designed for the 1.6 EcoBoost turbocharged petrol engine in the Fiesta ST. It is recommended for vehicles in which the boost pressure has been increased or will be increased with an ECU software upgrade.
The kit replaces the original valve with a pressure/vacuum-controlled piston valve while retaining the desired factory control of the valve’s operation via the ECU. The valve and fitting kit are designed and tested for faster valve response and retention of ECU control, without logging faults, triggering the engine warning light or causing other unwanted effects.
The kit includes all the necessary components and detailed instructions, making installation as straightforward as possible.

- 1 × FMDVST180 valve
- 1 × boost pressure tapping and FMBGFK4 bolt
- 1 × solenoid, bracket and bolts
- 1 × blue reinforced spring
- 1 × wiring loom
- 2 × Posi-tap connectors
- 10 × cable ties
- 1 × 2,000 mm long vacuum hose with a diameter of 4 mm
- 1 × Forge keyring and sticker
- 1 × instruction booklet
