Forge Motorsport recirculation valve for 1.4 MultiAir engine

We recommend servicing the valve every 3 years or 20,000 miles – whichever comes first.

This is a piston recirculation valve designed as a direct replacement for the original valve. Compared with original diaphragm (OEM) valves, it provides a longer service life and allows different springs to be used when boost pressure is increased or the engine is modified. The upper, or vacuum, connection is angled for easier installation.

The kit includes:

• 1 × FMDVF14R valve
• 2,000 mm vacuum hose with a diameter of 4 mm
• 500 mm vacuum hose with a diameter of 6 mm
• 1 × solenoid valve, bracket and bolts
• 14 × cable tie
• 1 × reinforced blue spring
• 1 × machined aluminium coupler
• 1 × 4 mm T-piece
• 1 × 6 mm T-piece
• 1 × wiring harness
• 1 × 6 mm–4 mm plastic reducing piece
• 1 × M6 self-locking nut
• 1 × instructions
• 1 × Forge keyring and sticker
