Forge Motorsport recirculation valve for Honda/Hyundai/Kia/Renault/Saab/Volvo turbo engines

The recirculation valve is designed as a direct replacement for the original compressor bypass valve (CBV), which is bolted directly to the turbocharger. It replaces the original diaphragm design with a piston design featuring adjustable operation and interchangeable springs.

For vehicles with higher boost pressure following an engine software upgrade, it provides more reliable valve sealing and reduces the possibility of boost pressure loss through the valve.

The kit includes:

• 1 × FMDVRMR valve
• 1 × upgraded yellow spring
• 1 × upgraded blue spring
• 3 × M6 × 16 hex socket bolts
• 1 × Forge sticker

The valve is supplied with the green spring installed and an additional upgraded yellow spring. On Renault Megane RS250, RS265 and RS275 models, the yellow spring must be used instead of the standard green spring.

Replaces the original Saab part with part number 55558627.

The recommended valve service interval is 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.
