The Forge Motorsport turbocharger actuator for Ford Mustang 2.3 EcoBoost is a replacement actuator with adjustable spring options for improved boost pressure and turbocharger response control.

The actuator enables more precise adjustment and control of boost pressure. The standard spring is suitable for factory or slightly higher boost pressure levels, while a stronger spring can be used for modified vehicles requiring higher pressure.
Diaphragm sealing is the standard version of this actuator, while piston sealing is also available. The piston version offers comparable performance and requires less maintenance thanks to the more durable construction of its sealed internal components.
Important: On modern engines with electronic ECU control or a solenoid valve, the mechanical spring rating does not mean that its stated value must equal the target boost pressure. When choosing a spring, consider the specific vehicle configuration and planned level of modification; if you are unsure, consult a qualified tuner.
The actuator is designed to allow increased boost pressure, but actual compatibility and the maximum achievable pressure depend on the limitations of the engine management system and the capabilities of the engine and related systems.
