Forge Motorsport turbocharger actuator for Nissan GT-R R35

Pair of replacement turbocharger actuators for Nissan GT-R R35. They fit vehicles from the British, Japanese and US markets.

The actuators are assembled with springs suitable for the factory boost pressure or slightly higher pressure. Additional adjustment springs and a reverse-thread adjuster are also included to make fitting and adjustment easier.

The actuators are designed to increase the boost pressure of the turbocharger system. Compatibility with all variants cannot be guaranteed, and the boost pressure cannot be increased beyond the limits of the engine management system, whether factory-fitted or aftermarket.

When selecting springs, take the capabilities of the engine and associated systems into account. If you are unsure about the correct choice for the planned level of modification, consult a suitably qualified tuner.

The kit includes:

• 2 × FMACGTR35 actuators
• 1 × Forge sticker

• Blue-marked springs fitted as standard
• Additional adjustment springs
• Reverse-thread adjuster
• Actuator rods made from 303-grade stainless steel

The actuators can be assembled with stiffer springs on request.

The spring pressures stated for the individual colour markings refer only to the mechanical aspect and are directly applicable mainly to older turbocharged engines without regulation via the ECU or solenoid valve.

On modern engines with regulation via the ECU or solenoid valve, the target boost pressure is not necessarily the same as the mechanical spring specification. The correct choice depends on the specific vehicle and the planned level of modification.
