Before installation, check that the spacer fits flat against the rear of the wheel across its entire contact surface. After installation, also check the clearance in the wheel arch with the steering at full lock to the left and right.
Longer wheel bolts are not included. The spacers have a 57.1 mm centre bore.
These precisely CNC-machined aluminium spacers are 11 mm thick, have a 57.1 mm centre bore and a dual 5-bolt pattern for use with a 100 or 112 mm PCD. The black anodised finish helps limit corrosion and prevents the spacer from sticking to the wheel or hub. The integrated aluminium centring ring ensures correct centring on the hub, which is why they are often also called hub-centric spacers.
The spacers are suitable for most Volkswagen Group vehicles. An 11 mm thick spacer increases the total track width by 22 mm when fitted to both sides of one axle.
Two spacers are included, making a kit for one axle.
Important: 11, 16 and 20 mm thick hub-centric spacers are not suitable for the rear wheels of VW MK3 vehicles with a 5×100 bolt pattern, as these vehicles have a longer hub centre spigot. This restriction does not apply to the smaller 3, 5 and 8 mm non-hub-centric spacers.
