Performance with adjustable sound
The GFB T9513 kit for the Kia Stinger combines two different types of valves: one Deceptor Pro II valve and one Mach 2 valve. As both valves draw from a shared chamber and the vehicle does not have a MAF sensor, different valve types and blow-off settings can be combined without causing engine running issues.
The Deceptor Pro II features a system for adjusting the blow-off ratio, supplemented by electronic control from the cabin. You can therefore change the volume of the turbocharger blow-off sound from the driver’s seat.
The kit is designed for direct installation in the Kia Stinger. As the Stinger uses a system without a MAF sensor, the valves can be vented to the atmosphere without common issues such as exhaust popping or engine stalling.
