GFB V2 boost controller for VNT/VGT turbo engines

GFB V2 is a boost controller for diesel engines with variable-geometry VNT/VGT turbochargers. It is intended for situations where the factory boost pressure curve is uneven or when you want to adapt boost pressure to different driving conditions.

On some engines with ECU-controlled, vacuum-operated VNT/VGT turbochargers, unpredictable boost pressure behaviour can occur. GFB V2 takes over from the factory ECU control and provides a more stable and repeatable boost pressure curve.

The compact housing is made from CNC-machined 6061 aluminium and finished in black anodising. It contains two separate adjustment controls:

• the first control adjusts boost pressure;
• the second control adjusts the boost rise rate, or the rate at which the turbocharger establishes boost pressure.

This allows you to fine-tune boost pressure behaviour more precisely for your driving conditions.
