Whistling trumpet
Replacement trumpet for a blow-off valve (BOV), creating a distinctive whistling sound. The GFB 5701 is fitted in place of the standard trumpet on GFB valves with part numbers T9003 and T9503.
To achieve a whistling sound, the valve must be adjusted so that all or most of the air is discharged through the trumpet. Respons valves set to 50/50 usually do not create sufficient air velocity for whistling.
