Hawk High Performance Plus (HP+) disc brake pads utilize a unique ferro-carbon, high-tech friction material that was developed and manufactured for sport driving in autocross, Solo II and “track day” applications. The ferro-carbon formulation offers lower wear rates and higher torque values than other competitive materials. These pads will provide a very noticeable increase in brake torque and temperature range when compared to OEM pads and are usually recommended to beginners who have very little to no track experience which are looking for an upgrade over stock. Operating temperatures: 37-430°C Optimal temperature range: 150-315°C
