The HEL Performance braided brake hose kit contains 4 hoses designed as direct replacements for the original rubber brake hoses. The hoses are made from high-quality hose with a PTFE core and braided with stainless steel.
The kit is assembled and machine-crimped to the correct length and features fittings that match the standard brake hoses. It includes all the components required for installation:
- 4 braided brake hoses,
- banjo bolts,
- copper washers,
- clips where required.
The braided construction reduces hose expansion under brake pressure compared with rubber hoses, resulting in a firmer and more consistent brake pedal feel. The outer protective PVC coating is available in 13 colours.
The kit is intended for the BMW 5 Series E39 525i Touring Sport, model years 2001–2004.
Suitable for: BMW 5 IV (E39).
