The HEL Performance braided brake hose kit is manufactured and assembled in-house in the United Kingdom. The hoses are machine-crimped to high-quality stainless steel braided hose and made to the same length, with the same fittings, as standard rubber brake hoses.
The kit includes all components required for direct installation:
- 4 braided brake hoses,
- banjo bolts where required,
- copper washers,
- mounting clips where required.
Compared with conventional rubber hoses, which expand under pressure, braided hoses reduce the soft or spongy feel at the brake pedal and provide a firmer and more consistent feel when braking.
- PTFE inner core,
- stainless steel braid,
- protective outer PVC coating,
- a choice of 13 PVC coating colours.
Suitable for: Ford Escort MK (III/GAA) / MK (IV/GAF/ALF).
