The HEL Performance braided brake hose kit is made as a direct replacement for the original rubber brake hoses. The hoses are assembled and machine-crimped to match the length and fittings of the standard hoses.
The kit includes all the components required for installation:
- 4 braided brake hoses,
- banjo bolts,
- copper washers,
- retaining clips where required.
Rubber brake hoses expand under pressure, which can cause a soft or spongy pedal feel. Braided hoses with a PTFE core and stainless steel braid provide a firmer and more consistent feel when braking.
