The intake kit replaces the complete factory intake system, including the standard air filter and plastic intake pipe. The HFI intake system offered here is manufactured from carbon fibre and features a special performance air filter developed specifically for this system. Alternatively, a Pipercross upgrade filter can be selected instead of the standard filter.
The connection to the engine is provided by a 70 mm diameter aluminium pipe, which also enhances the engine’s intake note. The supplied cold-air hose ensures maximum fresh-air supply to the carbon airbox.
