HFI carbon air intake system for VAG 1.4 TSI EA211 (Golf 7, Audi A3 8V)

This air intake system for VAG 1.4 TSI E6 engines from the HF-Series range is the result of many years of experience and continuous development. The intake is made entirely from carbon, ensuring very high tensile strength and rigidity. It is four times more load-resistant than aluminium, with low vibration levels and a gas- and pressure-tight design – ideal for supplying fresh air.

The system has been specifically designed for Pipercross performance air filters. Its new feature is the air filter positioned transversely to the direction of airflow. This ensures that the maximum possible air mass can be drawn in.

The system was developed entirely in-house. Using extensive 3D scans and flow simulations, we created optimum performance combined with an unmistakable induction sound. The HFI Carbon Air Intake Kit is suitable for the 1.4 TSI engine with Euro 6 emissions classification. It is suitable for both standard vehicles and vehicles with increased engine power.

This intake kit replaces the complete air filter housing, including the OEM intake funnel and intake pipe. To achieve maximum performance, we recommend complementing the air intake with the HF-Series Turboinlet turbo intake pipe, which can optionally be selected as part of the kit when purchasing this intake, as well as with our additional air guide plate.

Road use: This air intake system has no road approval or parts certificate (Teilegutachten).

Suitable for: Audi A3 III (8V), VW Golf VII (5G1).
