HG Motorsport air intake system Gen.3 Carbon/R600 for VAG 1.8–2.0 T(F)SI

The upgraded intake pipe for the HF-Series Gen.3 Carbon Intake replaces the old version, which consisted of two silicone hoses and an aluminium pipe. This silicone intake pipe can also be used as an upgrade for the RacingLine VWR R600 Intake.

In combination with the HF-Series turbo inlet, this intake pipe can be used as an effective upgrade for the OEM intake system. Together with our air guides, it creates an upgrade that works perfectly up to Stage 3.

The new intake pipe can be fitted in place of the old version without any further modifications.

Details:

• Improved flow thanks to the CAD-optimised design and larger internal diameter: +13cfm/10″ on the flow bench compared with the old aluminium pipe version of the Gen.3 intake.
• 11% more airflow (+35,3cfm/10″) compared with the standard intake pipe.
• Manufactured from temperature-resistant, multi-layer silicone in proven SF-Hoses quality.
• Integrated vibration damper to compensate for engine rocking movements.
• Perfectly matches the OEM appearance.

When ordering the complete intake system, this intake pipe is already included in the kit.
