HG Motorsport catalyst replacement pipe – lambda spacer with 90 °C metal catalyst

Well suited to vehicles with a catalyst monitoring function. VAG 2.0 TFSI models, for example, use a lambda sensor to monitor catalyst operation. If the catalyst’s cleaning function is no longer sufficient, the engine management warning light comes on in the instrument cluster. This can occur with catalysts that have insufficient coating or have been in use for a very long time. In such cases, this product will generally help to resolve the issue.

The diameter of lambda sensors is standardised throughout the EU and is M18x1.5, with a 24 mm spanner size.

Unscrew the lambda sensor, fit the intermediate section (lambda eliminator/spacer) with its integrated catalyst, then screw the standard lambda sensor back into it.
