Racingline Track Suspension Kit – 2-way adjustable suspension with top mounts (VWR340000-G6)

The Racingline Track Suspension Kit is derived from racing systems and designed for drivers who want serious performance on the track while retaining road usability. It was developed directly from Racingline racing kits; the main differences are the internal damper settings and spring rates. This gives you true racing technology in a kit adapted for road use and track day events.

The system allows independent adjustment of damper compression and rebound, ride height adjustment and precise camber adjustment with CNC-machined adjustable top mounts. True coilovers are used on the rear axle instead of a separate spring and damper, providing the full range of spring travel and a more consistent driving feel.

What makes the kit different

• Inverted front dampers with an exceptionally stiff 45 mm piston rod. The rigid front strut design reduces flex under load and improves steering feel and response.
• Monotube damper design with a deflection-disc valve system, as used in genuine racing dampers, for precise wheel control and improved grip.
• Lightweight aluminium housings, the same as those used in racing kits, help reduce unsprung mass.
• 12-stage compression and rebound adjustment at each wheel. Adjustment is possible by hand, without tools and without lifting the vehicle.
• Linear racing springs with a 60 mm inner diameter and helper springs on the front axle. This is a standard size, making it easy to change spring rates when further tuning the suspension.

Adjustable top mounts and included anti-roll bar links

The kit includes CNC-machined adjustable top mounts with pre-installed pillow ball bearings, allowing precise camber adjustment for track use. Shortened adjustable anti-roll bar links are also included, allowing you to correctly set the anti-roll bar preload after lowering the vehicle.

Vehicle behaviour

This is a sport- and track-focused setup. Compared with road-oriented adjustable suspension, you will experience quicker turn-in, significantly less body roll and more confidence at higher speeds through corners. The kit is still suitable for road use, but its higher level of control makes it firmer than suspension focused primarily on comfort.

Important setup notes

Professional installation and a complete alignment setup are essential. To get the best performance from the kit, the setup must be carried out by a specialist with experience in adjustable suspension and setting the load distribution across the wheels. After installation, camber, toe and ride height must be checked and adjusted. Without correct wheel alignment, you will not fully benefit from the components and tyre wear will be increased.
