The Racingline aluminium fuel filler cap is a precisely machined upgrade that replaces the standard factory plastic cap. It is made from a solid 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium forging with 5-axis CNC machining, then hand-polished and anodised in a deep gloss black finish.
This is the screw-in fastening version, intended for vehicles where the cap screws into the filler neck. If your existing cap screws in and does not attach with a bayonet twist, this is the correct version for your vehicle.

Why choose an aluminium cap?
The factory plastic cap does its job, but it is one of the vehicle parts we touch most often. The CNC-machined aluminium cap offers a higher-quality feel every time you refuel, while the built-in pressure relief valve maintains the correct balanced pressure in the fuel tank. It is a refined detail that complements other interior and engine bay upgrades.
Compatibility
The cap is intended for Volkswagen Group vehicles and Porsche models that use a screw-in factory fuel cap. Check the fastening method of your existing cap before fitting. If it screws in, this is the correct version. For a cap with a bayonet or snap-fit fastening method, you need the other Racingline bayonet version.
