Rieger rear diffuser for Škoda Superb III (3V3/3V5)

Rieger rear diffuser, or rear bumper insert, for the Škoda Superb III (3V3/3V5), suitable for saloon and estate models. It is designed for vehicles with an original electric swivel towbar and parking distance control (PDC). The diffuser has no recess for exhaust tailpipe trims and is made from paintable ABS plastic. Mounting equipment is included.

Suitable for Superb III (3T/3V): 03.15–10.18 (before facelift 1), 11.18–07.19 (before facelift 2) and from 08.19 (after facelift 2).

Note: Also suitable for vehicles with a sensor-controlled tailgate and for Sportline / Greenline versions. Suitable only for vehicles with an original electric swivel towbar; not suitable for plug-in or detachable towbars. Not suitable for 2.0 TSI (206 kW).

On the Rieger diffuser for vehicles with left and right exhaust tailpipe trims, there is a recess on each side for the original trim. The hot exhaust gases pass through these recesses. The trims are permanently attached to the rear silencer. On the version without exhaust tailpipe trims, the diffuser has no recesses. The original tailpipes are bent downwards and direct the exhaust gases below the diffuser.

On Sportline vehicles with this exhaust configuration, chrome trim strips are fitted to the original rear insert. They look like indicated exhaust tailpipe trims, but are purely cosmetic and do not affect exhaust flow. These vehicles require the diffuser for vehicles without exhaust tailpipe trims.

Suitable for: Škoda Superb III (3V3) / III (3V5).
