What is THOR PRO?
THOR PRO is an advanced active sound system (sound booster) for anyone who wants to give their car a realistic, adjustable sports exhaust sound – with no mechanical work and no silencer changes. A robust speaker mounted under the car uses low-frequency vibration to create a sound indistinguishable from a real sports engine. The control unit reads the car’s CAN signals (RPM, load, throttle pedal for throttle), so the sound follows your driving in real time.
It is suitable for petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric cars.

Which configuration should you choose?
All six packages include the THOR PRO control unit, speaker(s), wiring harness and app access. They differ in speakers, volume and the size of the sound library. Modul ECHO adds high frequencies – crisper crackle and “pops & bangs” on gear changes.

Installation
The system can be fitted by any auto electrician or workshop experienced with CAN bus, for the full warranty, the manufacturer recommends professional installation. We recommend having it fitted by your auto electrician; the kit contains everything needed (control unit, speaker(s), wiring set), instructions for installation are available from the manufacturer.

Is it legal on the road?
THOR PRO does not modify the exhaust, engine or emissions – it is for an external speaker with a control unit that installs and removes without a trace. So exhaust system approval (TÜV/ECE) does not apply to it. General vehicle noise rules apply when driving: keep the volume moderate, and you can switch the system off completely in the app with one tap – for example before an inspection, in built-up areas or at night. The driver is responsible for complying with local regulations.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on electric and hybrid vehicles?
Yes. The system uses throttle pedal data for throttle, speed and load from the CAN bus, so it works even without an internal combustion engine.
Can I make the sound quieter or turn it off completely?
Yes. Volume is adjusted steplessly in the app, and the system can be switched off completely with one tap. The car then sounds completely standard.
Do I need the Upgrade PRO package?
Level 1 includes 10 sound profiles; for the full library with over 30 profiles of real cars and regular updates, buy Upgrade PRO. With Level 2 and Level 3, Upgrade PRO is already included.
Is the speaker visible from outside?
No. The speaker is mounted under the car (near the rear silencer or on the underbody) or in the boot and is not visible from outside.
What is the delivery time?
The system is in stock at the supplier; delivery takes 4–8 working days.
Who can install the system?
Any auto electrician or workshop experienced with CAN bus. For the full warranty we recommend professional installation. We do not carry out installation ourselves, but we are happy to advise on choosing a configuration.
