Ultra Racing 23 mm rear anti-roll bar for Ford Laser I KF/KH

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

In some cases, the transfer of mass in a corner can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to a force up to three times greater than the other. The result is significant chassis flex, deformation and body twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
