The car’s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body loads during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
In some cases, the transfer of loads through a corner can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more load than the other. This can result in significant chassis flex as well as body twisting and deformation, causing the tyres to lose grip.
Chassis twisting and deformation while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
The kit consists of 2 side floor braces with 3-point mounting.
