Ultra Racing 3-point fender brace for Mitsubishi Colt VI (Z30)

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. It is particularly affected by the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, hard braking and acceleration.

When cornering, the transfer of weight can create forces on one side of the vehicle that are up to three times greater than on the other side. This causes significant chassis flex, deformation and torsional body flex, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and flex during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

This is precisely what the Ultra Racing brace is designed to address.
