Ultra Racing body reinforcement for Kia Pride I (Y) 1.1 2WD

The vehicle body is among the parts subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly noticeable due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or sudden acceleration.

When cornering, the transfer of mass can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This results in greater deformation and twisting of the body, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Twisting of the body while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing C-pillar reinforcement helps increase body stiffness in the mounting area.
