The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
In some cases, weight transfer in corners can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This results in increased chassis flex, body deformation and loss of tyre grip.
Chassis deformation and flex during cornering can cause undesirable driving characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
The Ultra Racing front anti-roll bar, with a diameter of 22 mm, helps reduce these effects and improve vehicle stability.
