Ultra Racing front anti-roll bar for Mazda MX-5 ND

The car body is subjected to high loads during fast driving, particularly due to weight transfer during fast cornering, hard braking and acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to as much as three times more force than the other. This can cause significant bending and twisting of the chassis or bodywork, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Bending and twisting of the chassis while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer. The anti-roll bar helps limit body roll and improve the vehicle’s behaviour in corners.
