Ultra Racing front anti-roll bar for Volvo 850 I

The Ultra Racing front anti-roll bar for Volvo 850 I has a diameter of 25 mm. It is designed to reduce body roll and improve vehicle handling during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. Significant loads occur mainly due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

When cornering, the transfer of mass can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to a force up to three times greater than the other. This can cause significant twisting and bending of the chassis or body, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Twisting and deformation of the chassis while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing anti-roll bar is designed to reduce these effects.

The product is intended for the listed 2WD versions of the Volvo 850 with a 2.5 or 2.5T engine, including saloon and wagon versions.
