The Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for BYD Seal I helps limit chassis flex and body deformation that can occur during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
Under such loads, the vehicle chassis is subjected to forces caused by the transfer of the body’s weight. When cornering, one side of the vehicle can experience up to three times more load than the other, causing the chassis to bend and twist and consequently reducing tyre grip.
Chassis flex while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing brace is designed to provide additional support to the front lower section of the chassis.
