Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Mitsubishi Space Runner I (N1/N2)

A car’s chassis is one of the most highly loaded parts of the vehicle, as it is affected by the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When driving through a corner, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This leads to chassis flexing or body deformation and torsion, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and flexing during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace helps reduce unwanted body movement.
