Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Subaru Impreza GH/GR and Impreza STI GRB

The vehicle chassis is among the parts subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. During fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration, the transfer of body mass has a significant effect on the loads.

In some cases, the transfer of mass during cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to experience up to three times more force than the other. This causes considerable chassis flex or body deformation, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and flex during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace additionally connects the mounting points and helps increase the rigidity of the front section of the body.
