Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Alfa Romeo 168

The Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar with a diameter of 23 mm helps reduce body roll and improve vehicle handling during high-speed cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest stress as a result of the driver’s driving. This is particularly pronounced due to the transfer of the body’s weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

In some cases, weight transfer in a corner can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This causes considerable stress and twisting of the chassis or deformation of the body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Deformation and twisting of the chassis while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
