Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Audi A4 B7

The car’s chassis is subjected to significant loads during fast driving, particularly due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This leads to greater bending and twisting of the chassis or bodywork, which can consequently cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear anti-roll bar helps limit body roll and improve the vehicle’s responsiveness.
