The Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for the listed vehicles has a diameter of 16 mm. The anti-roll bar helps limit unwanted load transfer and body twisting during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
The vehicle chassis is heavily loaded during dynamic driving. When cornering, weight transfer can cause significantly more force on one side of the vehicle than on the other, leading to twisting of the chassis or body and a consequent loss of tyre grip.
Body twisting during cornering can cause unwanted driving characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear anti-roll bar is designed to reduce these effects and provide more controlled vehicle behaviour.
