Ultra Racing rear anti-roll bar for Daihatsu Charade G11

A car’s chassis is exposed to the greatest loads while driving, particularly due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

In some cases, weight transfer in a corner can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This causes increased chassis twisting and body deformation, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear anti-roll bar helps limit body roll and improve the vehicle’s behaviour in corners.
